Thai Yoga Massage Community Classes
Experience meditation, relaxation as well as the health benefits of giving and receiving Thai Yoga Massage. Receive a 45-minute Thai Yoga Massage, based on acupressure and stretching. Then switch with your partner, and give them a 45-minutes massage, following the step-by-step demonstration of a trained Thai Yoga Massage teacher. While giving the massage you will be moving with the group, relying on simple movements reminiscent of Tai Chi, assisted yoga stretches and acupressure with thumbs, palms, fingers and feet.
