Learn how to massage your baby from the comfort of your home! Online ZOOM classes for families with 1-to-7-month-old babies. All you need is a steady internet connection and a functioning camera and microphone. Available on demand in private or in group format.

Similarly to the 5-week-long live structure, the 5 sessions of the online course are completely baby-led, allowing you and baby the time and space to bond with each other and learn how to communicate in a loving way. Each week you will learn new massage techniques to do with your baby leading up to the full body massage routine in the last week. Among many other benefits, baby massage:

• Enhances your ability to understand baby’s cues and needs.

• Can help baby (and by extension: you) sleep better.

• Can help relieve gas, colic and constipation.

• Fun one-to-one time with baby.

Price: 29.500 ISK including 5 classes (60-80 minutes each), postal costs, handouts, oil sample and a certificate upon successful completion of the course.

Available on demand on weekends both as a 1-on-1 and a group course.
